Our kitchen sink was severely backed up, rendering it unusable, and we were in desperate need of a plumber to alleviate the problem. The sink was filled with stagnant water, and despite our numerous unsuccessful attempts to resolve it with plungers, liquid drano, and snaking, we recognized that we needed professional help to avoid crawling under the house to unclog the pipes. Nonetheless, the plumbing company we contacted was exceptional from beginning to end. We would undoubtedly hire them again in the future if we require any plumbing assistance. When I first reached out to them, they responded quickly, detailing the necessary repairs. The representative even made an effort to dispatch a repairman the same day, but I needed to call them back later, and they scheduled a visit for the next morning. Moreover, while other companies often disregard their scheduled appointments, this team arrived precisely on time, at 9:10 am, when they were slated to arrive between 9-10 am. The repairmen were skilled and capable, immediately setting about fixing our garbage disposal, which was the root of the problem. They accomplished the task in fewer than thirty minutes while being mindful of any potential harm and informing me of their progress. Afterward, they thoroughly wiped down and cleaned up the area, leaving it in a pristine condition. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend hiring these professionals.

On the same day we encountered a blocked drain pipe in the main bathroom, and the Knockout Plumbing squad quickly resolved it for us. Jorge was the plumber assigned to the task, and he was extraordinary, taking the time to explain every detail. Notably, he even cleaned the area behind him after finishing the job, which included dislodging the toilet seat from its base.
