Throughout our interaction, Sergio maintained excellent communication. Despite the persistent rain all morning/day, he arrived an hour before our agreed-upon time to remove some outdated furniture, mattresses, and other miscellaneous items with our consent. I was ready to join in the task with my rain gear on, but Sergio was already hard at work. I only managed to help with an unusually heavy King mattress.
Sergio's offered price was remarkably economical, less than half of the other quotes I had received, and his prompt replies impressed me. Thank you, Sergio!

The quality of work is exceptional, as is the level of professionalism and punctuality (having arrived earlier than scheduled was much appreciated). The task was completed efficiently and promptly. Nevertheless, it would have eased my mind slightly had the worker used personal protective equipment (PPE) or even just a pair of work gloves. But that's just me! :)
