As a fitness and basketball trainer, I have a passion for helping people achieve their goals. I teach my athletes to cultivate confidence both in their game and in their own bodies. Through my instruction, I not only teach players how to physically play the game, but also to think about it at a higher level. For me, fitness, basketball, and overall conditioning are enjoyable pursuits that I want to share with others.
My primary objective is to help my athletes learn, grow, and work hard, while also making sure they have fun. I have experience working with boys, girls, men, and women of all ages in achieving their goals. Having played Division 1 college basketball and currently playing professionally in Europe, I possess a valuable perspective on what it takes to reach the next level.
Witnessing the progress of my athletes (on any level) is an incredibly rewarding experience. I believe that sharing our gifts and talents with others is key in realizing our true potential. Kristen was excellent in her coaching of my 11-year-old daughter who was visiting from the Midwest. She did an impressive job of adjusting her coaching style to fit my daughter's personality. They focused on key fundamentals, conditioning, and basketball strategy. If my daughter were living with me full-time, I would certainly continue with Kristen's private sessions. My daughter responded extremely well to Kristen's coaching and teaching methods, and has stated that Kristen is the best basketball instructor she has worked with thus far. Kristen has a talent for communicating drills and scenarios in a way that my daughter understands, and goes beyond simply training to cultivate a relationship with her student.
