My experience with KM Builders was positive, except for the contract phase of our project. Initially, I felt included in the process and we agreed on the scope and cost. However, I was pressured to make a decision before a deadline or face an increased price when it came time to finalize the contract. Furthermore, the project manager refused to establish a payment schedule based on completed work. It's unfortunate that the relationship fell apart due to these two problems. I attempted to contact their primary office for an explanation but have yet to receive one.

Working with KM Builders has been an exceptional experience. We have a considerable amount of work being done and we couldn't be happier with the progress thus far. Ken, the project manager, is highly informed, excellent at communication, and always punctual. While every project has its setbacks, we've been fortunate enough to have only encountered minor ones, all of which Ken brilliantly handled. Home renovations can be relatively expensive, but Ken has been accommodating in keeping us on track, on schedule, and within budget. As soon as the work is finished, I'll update this post with pictures - I'm very excited!
