Although my initial call and booking went smoothly, unfortunately, things went downhill from there. Despite there being 4 cleaners in my home, several areas were either missed or cleaned unsatisfactorily. I brought this to the owner's attention and he agreed to send one of the cleaners back the next day. However, when Barb arrived early, she made excuses for everything and refused to redo certain tasks such as re-mopping the floors and cleaning the inside of trash cans. She also claimed that using bleach was not part of their standard cleaning process. Overall, I was very disappointed with the level of cleanliness and customer service. I will have to continue my search for a reliable cleaning service.

Recently, I had new flooring placed which involved removing carpet and ceramic tile resulting in a lot of dust in the air. However, Rich arrived promptly with another worker and initiated the cleaning process immediately. The duo thoroughly cleaned wooden blinds, windows, ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, kitchen appliances, furniture, and floors. They completed the task incredibly quick, only taking three hours. Without hesitation, I would choose Kleenrr's services again. Thank you for a job well done, much appreciated.
