Our entire home's flooring was wonderfully redone by Jeff and his team. They offered a prompt quote within a day of being asked and were incredibly accommodating with the timing as we were juggling other home projects. With early arrivals each day, they completed the project ahead of schedule. Regular photo updates of the floor's progress were also provided. Upon completion, the house was in pristine condition. We couldn't be more satisfied with the fantastic job they did.

Jeff provided a quote and replaced the old carpeting with waterproof engineered vinyl flooring. Footprints was chosen after evaluating other vendors. The installation was scheduled and completed on time, with three bedrooms finished in one day. A walk through was conducted after completion and the crew's professionalism was impressive. In order to support my insurance claim for water damage caused by my dishwasher, I required guidance on flooring issues. After leaving a message on Tuesday, I received a prompt call back and scheduled an appointment with Jeff for that Friday.
