I strongly recommend without any reservations! The personal trainer I currently have is unquestionably the most outstanding! He has exceptional planning skills, making every workout session engaging and stimulating. He works for six days weekly, including the provision of meal service. Personally, I workout with him three times a week, and I can say without a doubt that I get the most out of each session. I urge you to give him a try and see for yourself!

When my son expressed his desire to shed some weight and gain knowledge regarding weight training and cardio strategies for his Army ACFT in the ROTC program, I decided to find him the right personal trainer. After Kevin responded promptly to my call, he scheduled my son's sessions in an efficient manner. He also offered the first session for free, and his kind disposition coupled with a vast knowledge of physical fitness, particularly the ACFT, gave us confidence in his ability. Along with a structured workout routine and proper guidance on form, Kevin provided a suitable diet plan that kept my son motivated throughout. Remarkably, he has lost several pounds, and his boost in confidence means he is now sure he can pass the ACFT's demanding test requirements.
