Prior to selecting a remodeler for our kitchen, we completed extensive research due to the countless tales of unsettling experiences. Ultimately, we are thrilled with our decision to go with Kitchen Tune-Up! The exceptional level of customer service we received throughout the entire process was truly enjoyable and greatly appreciated. Presently, we are completely enamored with our revamped kitchen. Without a doubt, we would select Kitchen Tune-Up again for future projects.

I sent a message days ago but have not received a response yet. It is concerning that this company is on CrackerJack if they are not attentive to their customers.

Although I haven't made a final decision on which company to choose for my cabinets, I found Kitchen Tune Up to be highly responsive to my messages and helpful during our phone conversation. They provided me with a rough quote based on the description of my requirements.

Our experience with Kitchen Tune-up for kitchen cabinet painting was extremely disappointing. The overall outcome of the project looked like it was done by amateurs. We encountered paint and primer on our wood floor, walls, and even inside cabinets. To make matters worse, there were paint drips on our range hood and dishwasher. The cabinet doors were poorly prepped and primed, leaving them unsanded with no touch-ups. The installation was sloppy, leaving behind debris and dings, with drips on the base units. The schedule was unreliable, with constant no-shows and late arrivals. The job was supposed to be completed within five days, but it went beyond the expected timeline. We could not recommend this company to anyone. The owner recognized these issues and offered a refund, but it is unfortunate that we have had to start over. We initially wanted white uppers and lower navy; however, we don't suggest anyone use their services.
