As a Certified Professional Inspector® (CPI®), I specialize in conducting home inspections. My upbringing in a household where construction, remodeling and maintenance were a way of life, combined with my experience in carrying out QC inspection activities at nuclear and fossil-fueled power plants, has allowed me to hone my inspection skills. In 2005, I incorporated the company that is now known as Kirschner Home Inspections, LLC, previously known as Kirschner Construction and Landscaping LLC, which is based in PA.
Throughout my tenure in the power plant industry, I have gained a vast amount of experience in handling numerous systems, including electrical, piping, structural supports, heat exchangers, welding, fire seals, furnaces, valves, pumps, tanks, and concrete. I have also undergone hands-on training and obtained valuable experience in areas such as home construction, welder training, building maintenance, and renovations.
I hold a Metallurgical Engineering degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and my varied work experiences in industrial QC, QA, manufacturing, and research have strengthened my skill set and enhanced my ability to deliver high-quality home inspections that are designed to meet or exceed customers' expectations.
