It was a pleasure collaborating with Joe who braved one of the chilliest days of the year to relocate a massive tree branch that had collapsed. He accomplished the task expeditiously and left the premises immaculate. Furthermore, his charges were eminently reasonable!

Our new house was left in a mess by the previous owners, but Joe and Sean did an excellent job cleaning it up. Despite it being late in the season, Joe promised to fit us in his schedule and he kept his word. The yard now looks stunning, and we are grateful for their professionalism and high-quality work. We highly recommend Joe and his crew; they take pride in what they do, making finding such workers challenging these days. We rate them 5 stars and, if possible, an additional 10 stars.

Joe King Property Maintenance did an excellent job of restoring our neglected yard. With overgrown plants everywhere, he swiftly tackled the task at hand.
From our initial contact to the final completion of his work, Joe kept us in the loop. He offered valuable suggestions which aided us in determining the best plan for our yard.
There was a lot of shrubbery that required trimming, and some that needed to be removed. Mulching and stones were also essential components to add. Joe King Property Maintenance managed to successfully accomplish all of these tasks and bring the entire project together.

Despite being fully booked, Joe came out and saved the day by spreading the required 5 yards of soil. Initially, I had thought I could take care of the task myself, but I was proven wrong as my back began to ache. Joe worked diligently, even staying past dark to complete the job. His hardworking nature was greatly appreciated and I am thankful for his great job.

I must admit, I had reservations about using CrackerJack initially. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by J. King Property Maintenance. They promptly responded to my email regarding the growth of weeds and shrubs between my fence and my backyard neighbor's fence. In what seemed like no time at all, they successfully removed all the unwanted growth behind the fence, much quicker than my husband ever did! The price was also very reasonable. Both Joe, the owner, and his employee (whose name I didn't catch) worked efficiently and diligently. They were extremely amicable and conversational, and cleared the area of all shrubbery remains. Overall, I believe they did an excellent job and I will certainly enlist their services in the future. Please disregard my fence's unclean appearance, as it was neglected behind the overgrowth (although we attempted to trim it ourselves before the experts arrived).
