About the Chef and Founder:
My name is Andrea, and I'm a classically trained chef and alumnus of Johnson and Wales University, where I studied culinary arts and food service management. With over 15 years of experience in corporate kitchens and the service industry - from bartending to catering large events - I've decided to branch out to offer private chef services and more.
I specialize in private dinner parties, meal prep, event help, and bartending. I like to use local and seasonal flavors to bring a fresh take, and I adore blending various flavors and cuisines. I'm familiar with all dietary requests, including vegan, keto, paleo, low-carb, dairy-free, gluten-free, and more!
Whether you want a five-star coursed meal paired with wine for your significant other or family-style meals for drop-off or weekly meal prep, I'm always ready to serve you. I have staff on hand to assist me with larger functions, whether it be a manned buffet or a plated reception.

Our experience was absolutely top-notch. Every aspect, from the food to the drinks, was exceptional. We ordered a sushi appetizer consisting of three rolls, and it was simply incredible. Truly, the most noteworthy dish was the lobster mac and cheese, which surpassed any other meal we had ever tasted. The dinner and chocolate chip cheesecake were equally mind-blowing. Chef Andrea deserves the highest recommendation. Thank you so much for giving us an unforgettable night and for being so accommodating with our myriad menu changes and requests.

The incredible Chef Andrea impressed us with her prompt response to all queries, collaboration on a personalized menu, and last-minute provision of gluten-free alternatives for a family member who had recently been diagnosed with celiac disease. The food was not only delectable but also featured an additional cake for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday, which Andrea thoughtfully included in the menu. Additionally, Andrea took the time to acquaint herself with every guest, briefly halting cooking to capture photographs of our family as a keepsake, repeatedly re-taking them until our group of ten was fully satisfied with the result.

Chef Andrea exceeded my expectations as a food enthusiast. She catered my intimate 16-person wedding and the result was flawless. Being an out-of-state planner, I had little insight on the available space and equipment, but Andrea went above and beyond to arrange all the rentals we needed for the meal and the wedding. She paid attention to my preference in having an entrée tasting menu instead of the traditional multi-course meal, and executed it perfectly with three incredible courses and a delectable dessert. Andrea's attention to detail made everything visually appealing as well. We were treated to a feast that made us feel like royalty.
More importantly, Andrea proved to be adaptable on the day of the wedding. She noticed that the group was not yet ready for the scheduled dinner and asked if we would prefer to wait. This demonstrated her professionalism and willingness to work around our schedule even at the expense of her plans for the day. Andrea and her partner's great personalities also made them stand out. They seamlessly blended in with our guests; they interacted with them graciously and received high praises. Overall, our experience with Chef Andrea was unforgettable, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a competent and personable chef.
