Although I could only select three, Ed and Chandler were exceptional in all aspects including the quality of their work, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality. Of the three carpet cleaners I reached out to on this website, Ed responded to me in less than five minutes. I informed him that I needed help urgently before my scheduled visitors arrived the following day, and he assured me that he could be there by 5 p.m. True to his word, he arrived on time, displayed excellent personal qualities, and even brought his polite and hardworking son to assist him.
