Shane and Chris from King's Plumbing were exceptional! They were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and answered all our questions. Not only were they respectful and polite, but they also did quality work. They came to our home to replace our hot water heater, which had broken overnight. We contacted them through CrackerJack, and they responded in just three minutes! They arrived within an hour and completed the installation quickly. Additionally, they completed three other repairs while they were here. They were efficient and kept everything clean. We were so impressed with their work ethic that we've hired them for another job. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other companies we contacted, and they worked quickly - a big plus when you're without hot water! Late on Sunday night, a message was sent to Shane who responded in less than a minute with a scheduled appointment to inspect the required work. On Tuesday, he arrived promptly and examined the project rapidly, then began working on it. Although not anticipated to finish the task immediately, Shane was able to accomplish it, which was exhilarating. The work was done promptly and expertly.
