As there was a leak in my roof, repairs were required. Fortunately, King Roof Care conducted a complimentary assessment and provided me with a quote for fixing the flapper vent. Several other companies demand hundreds of dollars just to carry out an assessment, therefore I appreciate that King Roof Care completed the assessment with such promptness. The quoted price seemed reasonable, so I engaged their services and requested they fit a gutter guard as well. However, it was later discovered that it was the piper vent that necessitated repair, not the flapper vent. While I wasn't present to monitor the quality of their work, the team sent me before and after pictures as proof. They exhibit excellent communication and efficaciousness, leaving me content with their work.
