After purchasing our new home, we required a last-minute thorough cleaning before we could settle in. The cleaners arrived promptly, though they had to wait for thirty minutes as my husband had to let them in. Earlier that day, a group of incompetent plumbers had locked the door despite our instructions. The cleaning crew waited patiently, and we compensated them for the additional time they spent waiting. The team spent hours tidying up the house, preparing it for our arrival. We were pleased with the outcome. However, the cost of $35 per hour per cleaner caught us off guard as we were not informed of the charges beforehand. Despite this, we eventually came to an agreement that was acceptable to both parties. Should we need their services in the future, we will not hesitate to contact them again.
