Yoga is beneficial for everyone, regardless of their background. In my line of work, I assist individuals who are stressed, including professionals, young parents, small business owners, and retirees, in restoring balance to their everyday lives. Our approach is to start where they are and proceed with small but effective measures towards achieving deeper relaxation, improved fitness, sleep, and overall well-being.
Having completed over 985 hours of yoga training and instructing various types and levels of students for 21 years, I conduct my lessons with perspective, compassion, and thankfulness. Some people feel intimidated about practicing yoga because of their lack of flexibility. However, my objective is to demonstrate harmonious coordination between mobility, stamina, and core strength. Moreover, I'm a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
Witnessing my clients' development and growth is the highlight of my career, which inspires and motivates me as an active student. I like to provide up-to-date information and fresh energy to enhance their "yoga tool kit" further. Most importantly, I tailor each session based on the individual’s unique situation, offering immediate and profound benefits.
