Kim was an absolute lifesaver for my winter break! My previous stylist had cancelled on me at the last minute and thankfully I found CrackerJack where Kim promptly attended to me. After a brief exchange of questions, she gracefully agreed to braid my daughter's hair.
I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention Kim provided to my daughter throughout the hair session. She is a highly skilled and professional stylist. It's great to have found her and I'm excited for future appointments with her.

Kim is amazing! After relocating to ATL last year, finding a new stylist had been a challenge. However, Kim's pre-planning skills were impressive as she took the time to understand my hair needs. On the day of the appointment, she arrived on time, conducted herself professionally, and was very approachable. Kim did an exceptional job on my hair, making her my preferred stylist, and I will undoubtedly rebook her services again! :)

Until I met Kim, I had never come across a stylist who was consistently punctual. Words and images fail to capture the magic of her work. After she worked on my hair, I felt like a new person and looked even better. While this style was nothing new to me, her unhurried approach set her apart from most other stylists I've been to. I also appreciated that she included shampoo in her services, which is rare for newer stylists. My hair was in desperate need of a massage, and Kim delivered it perfectly. Overall, she is hands down the best! Thank you, Kim. I'll definitely be booking with you again.
