Khai provided exceptional service. When I contacted him for maintenance on my tank electric water heater, he identified a leak and corrosion and thoroughly discussed my options. Given that my water heater was already ten years old and there was no maintenance history available, I opted to replace it instead of potentially having to pay for multiple repairs and eventual replacement. Khai was able to complete the entire job in a single day and even took care of hauling away the old water heater. Without a doubt, I would choose his services again in the future.
