Tim impressed my wife and me with his honesty, professionalism, and exceptional quality of work. Our heating system had some problems, and when he came to inspect it, he got to work right away and fixed the issue. However, the next day, we noticed that the heating system wasn't functioning correctly. We reached out to Tim, and he came over once again, identified the problem, and gave us various options to fix it. He ultimately corrected it and resolved the issue. Two weeks prior, the furnace located in the basement caused me some trouble. After arriving on the scene, the professional swiftly identified the root cause and mended the issue with a fair price. At that point, I believed our work was done. However, last week I encountered a problem with the furnace on the second floor, so I contacted the same individual once again. Although it was not dire, the person still came by the following day and worked with speed and efficiency. I wholeheartedly suggest his services for any predicaments regarding HVAC systems.

Despite a temperature of 40 degrees, our heat wasn't functioning. However, Tim arrived promptly within two hours of my initial call. His expertise, hard work, concern, and attentiveness exceeded my expectations. Tim resolved the issue with my newly purchased smart thermostats and rectified the boiler's inability to activate. He even went the extra mile to reconfigure the Common wire and make it compatible with all smart thermostats, upstairs and downstairs. Discovering Tim and his company through this app has been an utter blessing for which I am extremely grateful. Despite 8 different individuals being unable to resolve the issue with our boiler, Tim was able to promptly diagnose and fix the problem within just 24 hours.
