13 years ago, we had Keystone Basement Systems Waterproofing install indoor French drains. Recently, the sump pump they provided stopped working. However, the company was prompt in responding to my complaint and replaced the old sump pump with a new one free of charge. It is satisfying to deal with a company that still exists and keeps its warranty promises.

Their quick response time left a strong impression on me. Despite contacting approximately 7 other waterproofing companies for an estimate, I did not receive any response from them until after Keystone had completed the work.
