The assistance was amazing! The individual was prompt in response, had great communication skills, accommodated changes, and went the extra mile by providing tarps to shield the sofa from the downpour. Without this incredible support, we would not have been able to move the bulky 12-foot couch. We are extremely grateful for the aid received!
