I initially worked as a housekeeper, but have since progressed to the position of Property Manager Housekeeping Supervisor. I have had the privilege of working for renowned companies including Choice Hotel, Hilton, Walt Disney and Hyatt. Throughout my tenure, I have applied my cleaning expertise to hotel rooms, condos, and residential properties. My introduction to Paws and Tails was last year when my fiancé and I were in a bind a few days before Thanksgiving. Although we had made sudden plans to go out of town, Paula accommodated our predicament and worked our two dogs into her schedule without making us feel like an inconvenience. During the meet and greet, I felt at ease with Paula and her assistant, grateful for her professional attitude. She even provided me with all bonds and licenses paperwork to keep as proof. Our pets were enamored with Paula and Deanna during the meeting, easing our minds while we were away. Paula is an animal lover through and through, and two notable benefits she offers are the convenience of pre-paying invoices through PayPal, which suited me perfectly, and the journal that is kept for each visit. The journal is a few brief sentences about the visit, giving you the feeling that you were present. I can't recommend Paula enough, and I will never board my dogs again when I can have them stay comfortably and affordably at home and receive personalized attention.

During my broken leg recovery, Paula took care of walking my dogs. As a cautious owner of a 110 lb GDD, entrusting just anyone with him is a challenge.
