As a first-timer working with a professional clutter coach, I was uncertain of what to anticipate. Initially, I had a brief chat with her to explain my challenges and how she could assist me. Thereafter, we immediately delved into the decluttering process. Although letting go of clothes was difficult for me, Kelsey was able to help me discard eight large garbage bags worth of clothes that I didn't require (even though I still had plenty of remaining clothes). I had been unreasonably attached to my apparel, yet Kelsey aided me in relinquishing some of it in just a few minutes of collaborating with me. I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to work with her and highly recommend that individuals take advantage of her remarkable skills and abilities. Despite my obstinacy, Kelsey imparted the wisdom of letting go, and I am convinced that her expertise can extend to anyone struggling with hoarding possessions.

My "junk room" received Kelsey's assistance in cleaning it up. Previously, stepping foot into the room was challenging until Kelsey explained the process and shed a different perspective on it. With her help, it was effortless to determine what to keep for sentimental value and what to discard if I hadn't worn or used it in years. As soon as Kelsey departed, I was astounded by how empty the room looked. This was something I could have accomplished on my own. From that day on, I transformed it into a music room, which I had always wanted. Thanks to Kelsey's new outlook, it has remained uncluttered.
