Daniel arrived promptly and was exceptionally friendly and polite. The hot water extraction cleaning method was employed, necessitating connection to the washing machine's hot water supply. This could potentially be problematic for customers whose washing machine is not near the cleaning area. Additionally, the drying process takes a full 24 hours. One improvement to consider would be placing a towel or tape over the hard surfaces where the carpet meets, as some cleaning solution inadvertently spilled onto the tile, leaving a difficult-to-remove film in certain areas. Overall, the experience was positive, and the carpet looks excellent.

Our family room carpet and first floor tile have been thoroughly cleaned and grout has been recolored by Daniel. Despite having used services of other well-known professional carpet cleaners, Daniel's work surpassed all expectations. The carpet now appears immaculate and so does the tile. Mr. Kelley's carpet cleaning service is exceptional. Despite my carpets being heavily stained and emitting unpleasant odors, Mr. Kelley skillfully cleansed them so well that they appear almost new. There are no traces of stains from pets or grandkids whatsoever. Additionally, Mr. Kelley is a courteous and expert professional who clarified his cleaning methods and tidied up everything after finishing his work. I strongly recommend Mr. Kelley's carpet cleaning service and intend to use it again.
