Groups of 10 people or more can enjoy discounted pricing! We offer public classes in Columbia and Stevensville, and we can also travel to your office or business located anywhere within the Maryland/DC/Delaware areas. Our training sessions are personalized and conducted in a casual and friendly atmosphere. Each person in the class will receive a manikin. Certification through the American Heart Association or Health and Safety Institute will be provided and cards will be issued at the time of the class. We love teaching valuable life saving skills and are confident in our students' ability to respond in an emergency. Our latest offering, AVERT- Active Assailant Training, has received overwhelming support. Don't forget to check out our other courses such as ACLS, PALS, BLS, CPR, First Aid, Wilderness First Aid, and Babysitter classes.

A fantastic class on baby hazards covering Hemlich/choking, CPR and common first aid problems with babies was delivered by Kevin to both my nanny and me. I cannot recommend it enough!

"Maintain a Rhythm" CPR and First Aid training offered a variety of schedules to choose from. I registered via the internet and managed to attain my certification within 24 hours. Opting for the all-in-one course helped me save some money compared to other facilities I explored. Josh proved to be an outstanding trainer, with a strong voice that eliminated the need for any clarifications. The class felt enjoyable and uncomplicated, and I left the premises with a satisfied grin.

On September 9th of 2014, a group of 26 Capital One associates received CPR & First Aid Training from Keep The Beat. The team thoroughly enjoyed the session, as it was informative and engaging. With the help of Jill, who kept the training lively and upbeat, the class only took about an hour and thirty minutes. Every participant of the class became certified in CPR and felt confident in their newfound abilities. Jill's use of real-life stories that went along with her demonstrations made the overall experience even more helpful.
