The service provided by DJ was excellent in every way. During his initial visit, he patiently explained all the details regarding my old hot water heater and answered all of my inquiries. Today, he arrived on schedule and in just over thirty minutes, expertly removed the old unit and replaced it with a new one. Simply the best!
