Since December of 2020, I have been working with Kyle. As someone who felt uneasy going to the gym due to lack of knowledge and being surrounded by individuals who were in great shape, Kyle's at-home workout setup was the perfect solution, particularly during the pandemic. He put me at ease during my initial complimentary session, and offered a home gym setup that was fully equipped. I have been attending three sessions a week with Kyle, and have pleasantly surprised myself by surpassing my muscle-gain expectations. To provide a glimpse of my progress, during our first session I could only hold a plank pose for one minute and execute one body weight pull-up, whereas now I am able to hold personal records of 11:40 for a plank pose and have done 44 unassisted body weight pull-ups. None of this would have been possible without Kyle's guidance, motivation, and support. Thank you Kyle!
