At KC's Canines, what sets us apart is our exceptional passion and enthusiasm for canine care. Our Head Trainer/Behavior Specialist, Krista Cote, provides customized training programs that cater to the unique needs of each dog and align with the owner's desired outcome. Our Board and Train Program starts at $1250 for 10 days.
Krista consistently surpasses her clients' expectations by delivering effective solutions that foster mutual trust between the dog and owner. She achieves this by establishing boundaries, providing alternatives to unwanted behaviors, and teaching skills that promote a calm and confident pet. Throughout the training process, Krista educates the owner, in a fun way, which helps both dogs and their owners see results.
Our areas of expertise include service dog training, behavior modification, aggression, and dog social behavior. Krista holds a degree in Zoology and Animal Behavior from the University of New Hampshire, and is an AKC Certified Canine Good Citizen Trainer and Evaluator. Continuing education is vital for us to stay up-to-date on the latest training techniques.
At KC's Canines, our primary objective is to redefine what a successful dog/owner relationship looks like, allowing for greater happiness and stronger bonds.

My furry friend, Rose, exhibited aggressive behavior towards other dogs, but KC worked wonders with her! In a mere 24 hours, KC discovered that it was not aggression per se, just that Rose was overexcited with meeting new dogs. KC artfully introduced Rose to multiple dogs and made her feel at ease in their company. Thanks to her, I now have fewer concerns when taking Rose out for walks or in public places. Our experience with KC and our 12-week-old golden retriever was fantastic. Sunny learned numerous new tricks on the first day of lessons, some of which I had never been able to accomplish. KC demonstrated the techniques and provided guidance for us to reinforce the learned skills at home. Additionally, KC furnished us with a report card of the day's activities, which is tremendously useful for continuing our work with Sunny at home. We heartily recommend KC without reservation!

Despite being tardy to our appointments, she displayed remarkable kindness during every session. Although we did not fully address the issues with my dog, she guided me on how to improve his behavior in just three sessions. As I closely follow her instructions, I notice a significant improvement. Although he is not without flaws, I can confidently say that my dog's behavior has notably improved since hiring Kc Canines.
