Kerby and his team delivered exceptional service for me. They effectively removed my old brick fence, and replaced it with a new fence and gate. Throughout the entire process, Kerby was attentive to my feedback and concerns. Their work was of high quality and they maintained a clean working area. I would certainly consider rehiring them. Notably, they also revitalized my backyard by pruning trees, eliminating weeds, and disposing of garbage.

My experience with KBJ was a mixed bag of mediocre and poor performance. Their drywall removal and installation was satisfactory, but their tile work was sloppy. They neglected to level and smooth the flooring before laying the tiles, and used unsuitable grout, resulting in an excessive amount of grout residue all over the place. I had to continually follow up with them for corrections, but Kerby was difficult to work with and gaslit me throughout the project. Their lack of effort caused significant mess and damage to the walls, requiring me to perform extensive cleaning after the project concluded.
