My petite trees and shrubs, which I had clearly asked them not to touch, were subjected to brutal treatment. In addition, they mowed my lawn so low that not even a single blade of grass was left standing. Despite having agreed to specific appointments, they failed to show up - only to present me with an exaggerated bill for their claimed extra efforts. Under no circumstances will I ever permit these individuals to come near my garden again.
