Katie exhibits remarkable expertise as an instructor, coupled with a high level of tolerance. She upholds exceptional care of the school horses and encourages her students in a pleasant and professional tone. The atmosphere is relaxed at the barn, allowing students to learn various tasks including tacking, grooming, and mucking stalls. Learning everything from the ground up is prioritized rather than just riding.

Katie's program undoubtedly provides the supreme quality in the vicinity. It is evident that she has invested significant time and affection to ensure the success of her students and horses, as reflected by their contentedness.

For a year and a half now, I've had the pleasure of riding alongside Katie, and it has been a truly amazing experience. Despite my late start to riding at the age of 50, with a thirty-year gap in equestrian pursuits, Katie was invaluable in teaching me the basics. As well as being an excellent form of exercise, I now ride three times a week and have a half lease on Lucky, Katie's horse. It amazed me to discover that I could even canter, thanks in no small part to Katie's expert guidance. Everyone at the barn gets along well due to Katie's welcoming attitude, and her extensive knowledge and experience make me feel grateful to have been able to share in her gift. The barn itself is both safe and comfortable, providing an enjoyable atmosphere unlike anywhere else I can imagine riding. My personal and spiritual experience with Katie's horses has been nothing short of amazing, and I cannot recommend this place enough.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Katie for almost 10 years now. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to board a senior horse with her and take lessons, and I must say that I have always been extremely satisfied with my experiences. Katie is a true learner at heart, always pushing herself to gain knowledge and experience in the equine industry. This is something that I believe is crucial for success in this field. One thing that sets Katie apart from others is her focus on biomechanics in both her riding and teaching approach. This is lacking in most programs, and it's something that I, as a biomechanics teacher, truly appreciate. When I bring my students to observe her lessons, they are always amazed at the difference. Another thing that I admire about Katie is her commitment to educating her lesson students on all aspects of horse care, not just riding. This is crucial, and I believe it sets her apart from other instructors who may not put as much emphasis on this. All in all, I am grateful for my experiences with Katie and cannot recommend her enough!
