I hold the belief that everyone possesses an intrinsic ability to heal, which can be discovered with ease. From my professional and personal background, I have witnessed the restorative effect that can be attained by fostering a deeper connection with oneself, others, and the world. My zeal lies in assisting individuals suffering from trauma, grief, anxiety, attachment issues, and other problems as they discover their innate wellness and rootedness.
My approach, based on gestalt, transpersonal, and parts therapy, embodies humor, creativity and gentleness. I attained my masters in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University and lay great emphasis on mindfulness, embodiment, and the power of presence. Employing music and art as tools, I help clients cultivate awareness and find peace.
