We enlisted the services of Ron to restore and spruce up our carpets. Ron was exceptionally prompt in responding to our request for his services, and was able to schedule a suitable time for us. Following the reservation of our appointment, we promptly received email and text confirmations, as well as updates on their transit to our residence. Ron arrived on time, was very amiable, and exhibited a high level of professionalism. He comprehensively explained the repair work required and executed everything to perfection, leaving us completely content with the outcome. Although the carpets required more attention and time than anticipated, Ron remained true to his quoted price. Ron is exceptional! He went above and beyond by re-cleaning carpets that were previously cleaned by Stanley Steemer. Ron successfully eliminated all stains and dirt from the high traffic areas which Stanley Steemer was unable to do. His three-step cleaning process includes carpet preparation, stain treatment, wet-vacuuming, steam cleaning, deodorizing, and racking. What's more impressive is his reasonable cost; I anticipated paying $375, but he only charged me $225. For an impeccable job, call Ron the first time.
