On short notice, Katrina saved the day at my mother's funeral. Despite having a pianist in mind, they proved incapable of playing the classical pieces I wanted. It wasn't even an option on CrackerJack, so I wasn't sure if Katrina would be available. As it turned out, she was, even though she was out of the country just two days prior and some airlines were in disarray from the holidays. Our communication was reassuring, and she messaged me upon landing in the US. She arrived on time and flawlessly performed the classical compositions I requested. Many attendees shared that it was the best funeral they'd ever attended, which I attribute, in part, to Katrina's emotional and touching performances. While I haven't heard all of Katrina's abilities, I have full confidence that she can play anything she tells you she can. Thank you, Katrina, for a job well done.
