Kato demonstrated excellence in his work, fulfilling our requests while providing suggestions when needed. His upfront pricing helped us manage expectations. For the job, he had to cut into the sheet rock on our walls and ceiling. However, he minimized unsightly gaps by piecing cut materials back in place. Kato's expert skills were evident when he managed to install an outlet behind the wall-mounted TV over our fireplace, a task other electricians deemed impossible.
