Aside from traditional training, I offer distinct resources that aren't easily available elsewhere. In 2016, I designed a national online fitness program that provides everything my in-person clients receive, including customized meal plans, tailored workouts, regular check-ins, and accountability. This approach is especially useful for clients who struggle with time constraints due to travel, work, holidays, and other commitments. My comprehensive training approach, which can be delivered in-person, online, or a hybrid of both, accommodates all schedules, allowing you to use my app to train, track, and communicate effectively no matter what.
On top of all that, I regularly publish blogs and social media updates that provide tips on enhancing workouts, eating smarter, and staying motivated. My clients have access to all the tools they need to accomplish their goals, and they always do!
One of the reasons I became a personal trainer is to witness the incredible transformations my clients undergo. They often come to me feeling timid, unsure, and even frightened, but over time, they emerge as confident individuals who are proud of their achievements. It gives me immense joy to be not only their trainer but also their confidant, counselor, and most importantly, friend. I want nothing more than for my clients to look and feel better, achieve optimal health, and live active, injury-free lives.

This program is excellent! Its flexibility allows me to work out on my schedule every time, which works perfectly for me. The workouts are tailored precisely to the equipment I have access to, which is great. If I have any questions, they are answered promptly, usually within a few hours or even minutes! The instructional videos explaining each exercise are easy to understand and clear. The tracking app is also a helpful tool that I appreciate. Additionally, the nutritional and cardio resources and guidance have been wonderful. It's also an excellent value for the price! Instead of paying for four hours a month with a physical trainer and then being on my own for 8-10 hours, I feel supported by a consistent level of trainer assistance for all 10-15 of my workouts per month.
