Karmen and John are an excellent team who provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. Their hospitality was top-notch and their customer service was outstanding. My first custom dress was a dream come true thanks to them. Karmen worked diligently to make my dress quickly, even though I approached her in January for an April wedding, she finished before mid-February. As I was searching for something sophisticated for my elopement ceremony, she helped my vision become a reality. Since I hadn't found a dress that I truly adored in a bridal boutique or store, I approached them for a custom wedding dress. Both John and Karmen were very accommodating and made the entire experience memorable. Going to the fabric store with them was a fantastic memento. Karmen worked a miracle for me by salvaging my wedding day! Our wedding attire, including my gown, the bridesmaids' dresses, and the groomsmen's tuxedos, had been manufactured abroad or in another state. Unfortunately, when they finally arrived, it was perilously close to the wedding ceremony, and they all fit quite poorly. But, in just one week, Karmen skillfully modified every outfit and transformed them into a perfect fit.
