I am a personal trainer certified by NASM and also an expert in pre and post-natal fitness coaching. I have extensive knowledge and experience in training women who struggle to lose weight and achieve the body they desire.

LOCATION: I have a private studio right in front of Prairie View Middle School in Brighton, CO. You can check on Google maps to see if it's feasible for you to get here by car.
✅ My expertise includes body recomposition, fat loss, and lean muscle mass training. Additionally, I design specific programs for each phase of the hormonal cycle to balance female hormones.
✅ I offer weight management through lifting and exercise, help overcome binge eating, and overtraining by creating proper programing of lifting and cardiovascular exercises, and endurance sports such as running training plans and coaching.
✅ Special training plans are designed for Peri-menopause and menopause to mitigate their symptoms via lifting and cardio.
✅ I'm also a trained professional in pre and post-natal fitness to help you prepare for birth and recover postpartum.
✅ The longevity program is tailored to maximize the golden years of your life with customized training plans to preserve and build muscle mass and agility.
✔️ If you are a menstruating woman, I will cater to your hormonal cycle and create tailor-made training regimes to balance the female hormones and help you get fit.
✔️ I offer a specialized training regime to women in their reproductive years who have lost their menstrual cycle to help them regain their periods and fight binge eating.
✔️ Women in perimenopause or going through menopause can benefit from specific, individually designed programs to help get them in the best shape possible and manage the "troubles" of menopause once it arrives.
