Hi, I'm Kareen Tapia. Colorado was my stomping grounds as a kid, where I marveled at the rising mountains to the west and swayed to the gorgeous fields in the east. I have built my expertise at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy, where I focused on neuromuscular and trigger point therapy. My calling for massage stems from my boundless passion for dance and music, which taught me the art of rhythm and flow. Connecting the two created a series of movements that emerged as the art of massage therapy.
Each town I visit reveals unique massage traditions that I strive to incorporate into my discipline, continually evolving my techniques to meet my clients' needs. I specialize in Swedish massage, coupled with neuromuscular techniques to ease pain and bring serenity to my clients. Personally, I focus on the feet and hands as they are the pillars of our form and our first touch upon the world.
