With a knowledgeable and professional approach, Chris addressed our issue with an old ceiling fan in our bedroom whose remote control had given out. Before arriving, he asked all the appropriate questions and gathered some additional information. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the fan had a defective mounting. Despite this, Chris persevered and successfully fixed the issue with the transmitter and receiver. Throughout the process, he remained patient and persistent.
