My education includes a master's in public health with a concentration in health education and health promotion, and a bachelor's in nutrition and dietetics with a minor in psychology. My specialties include weight loss and long-term management, behavior modification and change, chronic disease management, stress management, nutrition education, and food allergies and intolerances.
I offer several programs to fit your specific needs, including one-on-one coaching sessions, a 3-month Healthy Changes program, a 6-month Healthy Habits program, and a 9-month Healthy Lifestyle program. Each program includes personalized meal and exercise plans, coaching sessions, a copy of my Better Living eBook, and access to a personal 'Healthie' app account to track your progress and receive feedback.
