Thank you for your message. Please note that appointments must be scheduled through my website at KamstraPianoTuning.com. I'm happy to assist with the tuning of your acoustic piano for a fee of $225. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly using the information provided below.

Here are some answers to frequently asked questions: I do not offer piano moving services. If you require repair only, my fee is $75 for up to 30 minutes of labor. For pianos that are more than 1/4 tone out of tune, I recommend scheduling a follow-up tuning 2-4 weeks later, which will cost $175. You may schedule this appointment through my website.

Tuning a piano generally takes around 90 minutes, or 1.5 hours. I accept cash, checks, Zelle, and Venmo.

Having gone 15 years without tuning, my piano, which is now 50 years old, was in a sorry state. William discovered a plastic pen lodged among the keys and diligently proceeded to tune each one with great patience. Working with William was a delightful experience. He arrived punctually at our residence and immediately began repairing our upright piano, which is over a century old and was experiencing some sticky keys. Although he couldn't resolve the issue on the spot, he transported the entire instrument's interior to his workshop for further examination. Due to the requirement of ordering parts, the process took longer than anticipated, but William was transparent about his progress and maintained frequent communication. Despite taking three weeks to complete, the repair was handled with professionalism throughout. I would not hesitate to collaborate with William again if our piano necessitates additional tuning.
