Designing clothing is my passion. There's something incredibly rewarding about bringing an idea to life, and seeing someone wear my creation is a dream come true. My love for design began at a young age and I taught myself to sew, despite initially struggling with the skill. However, with perseverance and effort, I steadily improved. I pursued formal education in fashion design at The University of North Texas, earning a BFA in Fashion Design and BBA in Entrepreneurship with honors (3.5 GPA). Since then, I've gained invaluable experience working with various fashion companies and continue to expand my industry knowledge. Above all, I delight in crafting bespoke designs for clients. As the saying goes, when you love what you do, work doesn't feel like work.

For a bridal photo reshoot, I required my wedding dress to be altered. As I had limited time, I needed someone efficient and proficient. I entrusted Kala with my gown's adjustment and left a day before my 10-day holiday. Shockingly, Kala finished it the very next day! Although I couldn't pick it up, she accommodated me and kept the dress safe. Upon trying the dress on post-vacation, it fit as if tailored just for me, and I felt more beautiful than on my wedding day. Kala's work was detail-oriented, professional, and of high-quality, and she exuded kindness. Therefore, I enthusiastically recommend her alterations services to anyone in need.

My experience was excellent. The lady was highly professional and welcoming during the fitting. From the start, she was transparent about the pricing and delivered my dress in just a few days before the event. She went beyond her usual hours just to ensure I received it on time. The fitting is perfect, and I only thought I needed the length trimmed initially, but she recommended we adjust the waist, which made a significant difference. Therefore, I highly recommend Kala for any alteration requirements.

Kala has impressive tailoring skills! I put her abilities to the test by requesting alterations to a formal gown, pants with unconventional hemlines, shorts that required leg tapering, and shirts that needed to be shortened.
