Although there was a slight communication mix-up, the service was of exceptional quality and was provided in a very timely manner. The technician did an excellent job moving and installing the dishwasher. When it was discovered that the valve in the new location was leaking, a change order was necessary, but the technician was helpful in replacing it.

Kaid's impeccable gutter cleaning skills on a two-story house were impressive, and I am delighted with the level of service and workmanship he offered. However, I'm deducting a star from his rating because he left the trash in front of the house instead of taking it with him.

A water leakage from the top of my window was diagnosed by Kaid promptly. He identified that it was due to a leak in the window trim. Since it was raining at that moment, he informed that a permanent fix could not be made and instead temporarily applied a sealant, mentioning that there may not be any guarantee that it would work. After a few days, the leakage reoccurred, as Kaid had anticipated that the fix was temporary in nature. I got in touch with Kaid and he promptly refunded the amount, as a goodwill gesture, and advised that we wait for favorable weather conditions for a permanent resolution.
