The company's owner, Bledar, impressed me with his exceptional communication and updates every two hours with photos and videos. Even though I wasn't on-site, I felt well informed about the progress of the repairs. Bledar's courteousness and accommodation after I struggled to send payment made a lasting impression. He is a rare gem among people I've met in life, combining knowledge and expertise in problem-solving that rivals the likes of Steve Jobs with his ability to tackle any concrete or structural issue. The proprietor of the business, Bledar, is a civil engineer who provides a truthful evaluation of the problem. He promptly responds to calls or inquiries, and he even rectified items that were not included in the agreement simply because they appeared incorrect to him. At present, my foundation is in excellent condition. I would certainly suggest him to anyone I meet who has foundation troubles.

As the proud new owner of a fixer-upper from the 1920s in Brooklyn, we ran into an issue after moderate rainfall. Our cement stairs leading up to our main entrance were allowing water to enter a small storage space located below the stairs in our finished basement. KAA's owner took the time to assess the problem and later provided us with a written quote that same evening. Unfortunately, due to ongoing rain, we had to reschedule the repair time. So, KAA's owner, who is also a structural engineer, discussed temporary options with us to prevent water from entering the house. They were able to repair the outside and drylock-paint the inside, giving us a dry and clean starting point for a new tool storage area. KAA Waterproofing was able to complete the repairs, and we were thoroughly satisfied with their work. We recommend and would happily hire them again.
