I requested a deep clean service and while I acknowledge that it's difficult to clean every single spot in just four hours, some detailed areas and corners were overlooked. Additionally, basic cleaning tasks such as wiping the dining table and kitchen island surfaces were left undone. However, apart from a few minor issues, Kevin was highly professional and communicative. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.
