Greetings! My name is Kathy Lynn Thomas, and I am the owner of K’Lynn Legal Docs. With over 40 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, I am highly skilled and detail-oriented. I value integrity, discretion, and confidentiality, and I strive to offer prompt, efficient, dependable, and trustworthy services to all my clients.

Throughout my career, I have worked for well-established firms such as Dickinson Wright, PLLC, where I received excellent training from some of the top attorneys in the Detroit Metropolitan area. I have also worked as a Judicial Assistant with the Honorable Sharon Tevis Finch of the Wayne County Circuit Court.

My services include assistance with legal documents such as Wills, Power of Attorney, Contracts (only overhaul), Notarization, Answers, Divorce (including drafting and filing necessary forms), Petition(s) for Appointment of Personal Representative/Guardianship(s), and any other legal documents that don't require an attorney's preparation. Please note that I am not an attorney and cannot offer any legal advice whatsoever.

My fees provide significant cost savings to individuals who require legal assistance, and I aim to provide a custom-made plan that fits each client's unique needs. During our initial consultation, which is free, I will listen attentively to your concerns and explore the best available options. In case I cannot help you or it's beyond my scope, I will refer you to a more well-versed legal professional.

My services' minimum charge is $50.00, and my ultimate goal is to help individuals deal with the legal issues they face with ease. I fell in love with the law when I was just 18 years old, and I have always enjoyed preparing legal documents and meeting new people.
