Wow, I am amazed! I never expected that Ken from KLA Lawn Service would begin working immediately, but he did! :) I am absolutely thrilled! This is what excellent customer service looks like! Is there anything that could have gone better? I don't think so! In the past, I was very unsatisfied with Bestway Lawn Service. They would skip over my two small backyard areas and thought it was humorous that I continued to pay them. They only did the parts of my lawn visible from the street. Thank you so much, Ken, for coming to my aid. God bless you!
