K-9 design mobile pet grooming comes highly recommended by me. Recently, I have been hesitant to leave my senior dog with a groomer. Though I tried grooming her myself during the pandemic, I found that her needs exceeded my abilities. Fortunately, K-9 were responsive and easy to schedule through their website, and remained communicative as the appointment approached. It was evident that they cared for Lady and I felt comfortable leaving her in their care. Throughout the appointment, K-9 sent me multiple photos of their progress, which were greatly appreciated. Initially, I felt a bit anxious about trying a mobile groomer. I had grown accustomed to taking my dog to the groomer myself. However, I had reached a point where I could no longer lift him into the car, so I decided to give mobile grooming a try. I am thrilled that I did. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and the groomer kept me informed throughout the process. They even contacted me on the day of the appointment to confirm the arrival time. When they arrived, they took the time to get to know my dog as a new client. The groomer asked about my expectations for my dog's cut and if there were any special needs that they should be aware of before starting. Since my dog had recently undergone surgery, I was nervous about getting him groomed while he was still recovering. However, the groomer handled him with great care. While grooming him, the groomer noticed a spot on his paw and took a photo so that I could show it to the vet. Additionally, my dog's skin was dry, so the groomer gave him a soothing oatmeal bath, which was a lovely touch. Seeing my dog standing there after his grooming, looking handsome and happy, was such a relief. The groomer did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. I have found my new groomer. I wish I had tried mobile grooming sooner. I no longer have to worry about loading my dog into and out of the car every six weeks, especially in bad weather. They come to me, and I know my dog is in good hands. The owner followed all safety guidelines to ensure my safety and my dog's safety during these uncertain times. I felt entirely comfortable with the experience, and my dog is a happy boy. I have already booked my next appointment. Thank you, K-9 Capers!

I would definitely hire Heather again without any hesitation. The dogs were at ease during the grooming, unlike with previous groomers. Heather sent me pictures from her amazing grooming trailer throughout the process to ensure my satisfaction with the cut. I have included before and after photos of the dogs. This is the best service I have ever received.

K-9 was able to quickly groom our dog as we had to leave soon. The groomers were extremely friendly and our dog looks amazing now!
