Initially, he informed us that he had experience with similar projects in the past. However, upon arrival, he realized that it was not the same as he had anticipated. He invested some time into reviewing the instructions and watching videos. Within an hour and a half, he had successfully installed the project with a professional finish. Due to our ongoing bathroom renovation, I was unable to take on this project as well.
